Refund and Return Policy for NAPEM 2025
Introduction:
This Refund and Return Policy applies exclusively to the registration fees and associated items for the National Assembly on Pediatric Emergency Medicine (NAPEM) 2025.
The policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be requested and the process to be followed.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation of conference attendance by the participant before 31st Jan 2025.
- Overpayment or duplicate payment for registration fees.
- Any other exceptional circumstance deemed valid by the NAPEM 2025 Conference Committee.
- The refund request must include:
- Participant's name and contact information.
- Transaction details.
- Justification for the refund.
- Supporting documentation, if applicable.
Refund Approval:
The NAPEM 2025 Conference Committee will review refund requests and notify the participant of the decision within 15 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed promptly, and the reimbursement will be made using the original payment method.
No-Show Policy:
No refunds will be provided for participants who register but do not attend the conference without prior cancellation.
Substitution:
Participants unable to attend the conference may request a substitution by providing written notice to the NAPEM 2025 Conference Committee before the event starts.
Conference Materials:
- Any conference materials provided to participants are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Replacement of damaged or defective conference materials will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Amendments:
This Refund and Return Policy may be amended by the NAPEM 2025 Conference Committee as deemed necessary. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes to this policy.
By registering for NAPEM 2025, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by this Refund and Return Policy.
